Here is an example of how SEO can change your business forever.  If you target 20 terms for an average of 5,000 searches per month the numbers work out as follows.  The industry average is that you will get 33% of the traffic if you are at the top of the 1st page for a keyword.  That would be 1,650 visitors to the website.  Let’s be very conservative and say you only get 15%, which would be 750 visitors.  Now let’s say only 20% order or contact you.  That would be 150 potential new customers per month.  If we are even more conservative and only get 50%, that would still be potentially 75 new customers per month.  Even if my numbers are off by 50% you are still looking at 38 new customers.  If they spend as little as $1000 each with you, you would be looking at $38,000 in new sales per month or an additional $456,000 per year.  This is what a good SEO plan does for a company.
